Oktoberfest (sort of)

Last night we went to an Oktoberfest Celebration down the road from our house. We missed out on a lot of the fun because we showed up about an hour before the event was closing for the evening but we still managed to soak in a little Fall Fever. Cooper was able to say hello to Cody, the beloved pony that he rode back in July. He wanted to say hello but was NOT interested in riding him this time.

There was a live band that was playing everything from Celtic music to Janis Joplin. Oddly, they didn't play any German Folk-Oktoberfest type music. I've never been to an Oktoberfest without at least doing the Chicken Dance. I guess it's a good thing we didn't wear our Lederhosen.
