Let me set up a scene that happened just now. I had to document it immediately so I won't forget:
The Scene: Cooper scoots up next to me as I'm on the computer drinking from my giant jug 'o water. He sneaks a big swig, turns towards me and says:
"Aaaaahhhhhhhh, nofing wike da taste of an ice code gwass of wada on a hot dummer's day...Don't you fink so Mommy?"
I looked at him in shock wondering where in the world he ever would have heard that. I can pretty much guarantee it wasn't something Mark or myself ever said in front of him because that's just not how we talk.
Once again, I feel pretty confident that I have the tv to thank for this. I think it has Ruby (from the tv show, Max and Ruby) written all over it. She drives me nuts but when it comes out of Cooper's mouth, a Rubyish phrase sure sounds cute.
