Warm Welcome
Day two of our stay and already the locals are trying to see what we're all about. Apparently, the Elk of Estes Park are a permanent fixture year round. Will this sight ever get old? I think not! Cooper sure thought it was cool. He loves their "fluffy bums" and pointing out elk poop. The best part is that we were able to check them out up close and personal from the comfort of our condo. The wind has been pretty brutal since we arrived so it's a bonus to be able to go on a Elk Expedition right from our bedroom.

I love that Coop still has those adorable chubby baby cheeks. Made for smooches!
AHHHHH!!! That is so exciting!! I'm so flippin' excited! Look at how close they are! (I guess you already are aware of how close they are - but WOW - they are so close). My kids would come un-god-damned-done if they saw that.
And I love how you conveyed Coop's pronounciation of "Cruz". Soooo adorable.
