Doggy

Introducing Coop's beloved stuffed Doggy. Doggy has been around since Coop was just a couple of weeks old and he's truly the first stuffed animal that Coop ever had a connection with. Doggy stayed home in TN during our winter trip to UT because we decided Penguin might prefer a winter trip and doggy could stay back and guard our house. When we packed our necessities for the next leg of our relocation process, it was a MUST that doggy come along. Doggy has always been referred to as "Doggy"....until recently....Cooper has informed us that Doggy's name is, Bean. I'm not sure where he came up with that one but I like it. It's quite fitting actually.



Here's a conversation overhead last night after putting Coop to bed:

Cooper: "Ohhhhhhh Doggy, I wuv you sooooo much. Maybe someday we can go to the zoo today". (I think he meant to say together instead of today????? Just a hunch though.)

Bean: "What an exquisite idea. I've heard quite a bit about this place they call 'The Zoo' and would love to check out the Bird and Feline exhibits. Perhaps you could talk to your people about making that happen. Ooooo, and the snacks! Don't forget the SNACKS!"

I may have exagerated Bean's reply a tad bit but I imagine that is what he would have wanted to say. You know, if it weren't for the fact he's stuffed and all.
